We respect your time and schedule dedicated appointment blocks to provide a high-quality experience.

Consultation / Appointment Deposit
​
A $50 deposit is required to hold your appointment for any consultation or service.
​

This deposit will be applied toward your treatment at the time of your visit.

Deposits are non-refundable if you cancel late or do not show.

Cancellation & Rescheduling
​
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.
​

Less than 24 hours’ notice: deposit may be forfeited.

No-show: deposit is forfeited and a new deposit may be required to rebook.

Late Arrivals
​
If you are more than 10 minutes late, we may need to shorten or reschedule your appointment to respect other clients’ scheduled times. Late arrivals may be treated as a late cancellation when we cannot accommodate the appointment.

Memberships / Packages (if applicable)
​
If you have a membership or prepaid package, missed appointments may be deducted according to the terms of your plan.
