Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy (Luminara Aesthetics)

We respect your time and schedule dedicated appointment blocks to provide a high-quality experience.

Consultation / Appointment Deposit

A $50 deposit is required to hold your appointment for any consultation or service.

  • This deposit will be applied toward your treatment at the time of your visit.

  • Deposits are non-refundable if you cancel late or do not show.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.

  • Less than 24 hours’ notice: deposit may be forfeited.

  • No-show: deposit is forfeited and a new deposit may be required to rebook.

  • Late Arrivals

If you are more than 10 minutes late, we may need to shorten or reschedule your appointment to respect other clients’ scheduled times. Late arrivals may be treated as a late cancellation when we cannot accommodate the appointment.

Memberships / Packages (if applicable)

If you have a membership or prepaid package, missed appointments may be deducted according to the terms of your plan.
